Congratulations to the winners of the third annual competition for Creative Arts Awards and Scholarships for High School, College-Bound Seniors.

Students from Barry Goldwater, Cactus Shadows, Sandra Day O'Connor and Boulder Creek High Schools were selected this year and received recognition at the January 26, 2008, ACNV Black Tie Gala and Charity Auction.

In September 2008, the Arts Council of the North Valley will announce our fourth annual competition for Creative Arts Awards and Scholarships for High School, College-Bound Seniors.

The applications from last year are available for download so that students can see what information may be required.

We are very excited and proud to be able to provide awards in the amounts of $1000, $500, or increments thereof for students that have shown a desire to further their study and expertise in the creative arts. These awards are open to seniors in high school residing in the North Phoenix central corridor and home schooled seniors in the same area.

Interested and motivated students from all artistic and performing arts disciplines are highly encouraged to apply.
